Selected applicants volunteer their time to coach the best junior racers in the Central Region during these championship events, and should expect extra travel days at the beginning and the end of each trip. The GLD JN Team, the MW JN Team, the CXC U18 Trip, and the CXC U16 Trip process involves submitting a single online application that applies to all the trips.

Our trip leadership for these trips will select coaches from the pool of CXC Junior Coach Applicants for these four trips to strengthen the staff of each trip. Which trip you are chosen for will be at the discretion of the Joint Trip Leadership Groups, but the Joint Trip Leadership Groups will work to accommodate specific trip requests and special circumstances.
